My Approach

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Depth Psychology, particularly Analytical Psychology, and I'm currently an analyst in training at the C.G. Jung Institute of New York. I also draw upon my extensive training in Jungian Sandplay Therapy, a powerful method for exploring deep emotional and unconscious material.

Experience and Background

Licensed since 2009 and in private practice since 2015, I bring over two decades of experience working with diverse populations in various settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, hospitals, and treatment centers. My practice is located in the Flatiron District of New York City.

Once you arrive on my scheduling page you will see my availability and will be able to self-schedule a phone call. If you do not see something that works for your schedule, please reach out by email with your availability. I will respond with options that may work for both of us.

During the phone consultation I will be able to find out the specific reason you are seeking services. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about my practice. Towards the end of our call, if we both feel like we could work together, we will schedule an intake appointment.

Parents/Legal Guardians: If you are seeking services for a minor, I prefer to have both parents join the consultation call.

Couples: If you interested in couples therapy, I will need to speak with both partners during the consultation call.

For any additional questions, please reach out by email.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Fees for Services

I am not credentialed with insurance companies. I am considered an out-of-network provider. Contact your insurance company to determine if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. All insurance plans are different. However, most will require a deductible to be met prior to receiving reimbursement. If needed, I will provide you with a monthly statement (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement for out-of-network benefits. I do not submit claims on behalf of patients for out-of-network benefits. Please note that a diagnosis is required to be placed on a superbill.

Please contact your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits prior to initiating services.
